Angela Mohamed Mchani
TreasurerA dedicated member of DANO with a Diploma in business administration. As a mother to an 8-year-old daughter, she brings a strong sense of resilience, empathy, and purpose to the team. Her life experience and commitment to women’s empowerment inspire her contribution to the organizations mission.
Anna Joseph Nkindwa
Founder and Vice ChairpersonA passionate community advocate and creative entrepreneur with a heart for women’s empowerment. With hands on experience working directly with women in vulnerable communities and a background in fashion, she brings both compassion and vision to DANO. Recognized by platforms such as Swahili Fashion Week , Ally Rehmtulah 101 and the Doris Mollel foundation, Anna is committed to helping women gain confidence, find purpose , and create better futures for themselves.
Naomi Michael Sallu
MemberA driven and insightful professional with a passion for community empowerment. She holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Portsmouth and a Master of Science in Psychology from Arden University. With a background in leadership and service, Naomi brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and emotional intelligence to DANO. Jesca Felex Msela
SecretaryA dedicated legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Tumaini University Dar es Salaam. As a legal officer at Branken Attorneys, she brings strong expertise in cooperate law, contracts, and regulatory matters. At DANO, Jesca supports the organization with legal insight, structure, and a strong sense of integrity. Farida Ally Mdee
ChairpersonA strategic leader in public relations, business development, and events. As chairperson of DANO, she brings a bold vision and a passion for building structures that uplift and empower women. Recognized as the Youngest Entrepreneur of the Year 2023, Farida is known for her impact in stakeholder engagement and brand building to expand DANO’s reach and deepen its impact.
